Our goal is for everyone to find Griefity support groups useful, positive, and safe. We aim to foster a healthy and respectful community.
By participating in Griefity support groups, you agree to:
- Respect each other’s privacy and their safe space to share by not repeating or sharing information about group members outside of the group. This is to keep our space and our people safe.
- Respect each other’s grief journeys, backgrounds, lifestyle, family, religion, beliefs, and personal situations. Everyone’s journey looks different.
- Not compare your grief or life experiences with others. Everyone’s grief journey is their own.
- Feel free to stop your video, mute your microphone, use the chat, or leave the meeting at any time you feel you might need to.
- Follow the direction of the facilitator. They are there to help everyone find space to share, and they reserve the right to pause or park topics of discussion, end the meeting, or remove people from the group if required.
- Not sell, solicit or promote any services to the group members, or discuss political or religious topics (unless that is the intention of the group).
- If you are concerned about any content you see or hear in a support group, please report it immediately to the facilitator, or by email to team@griefity.com.
