For your toughest times.

If you’re visiting this page, it probably means you’re going through a tough time.

Grief shows up when we lose someone or something important to us. We’ve worked with over 20,000 people who tell us it’s often difficult to talk to others about grief, or get support that feels useful.

Many of us end up grieving in private, because it isn’t easy sharing our heartbreak and pain with others.

Our free Grief Support service is an anonymous app and email-based service designed to help people during grief. It includes:

  • An app full of practical advice and resources from our support team and mental health experts.
  • Communities of people who have experienced all kinds of grief.
  • 1:1 Email or Zoom support from our team.
  • One month of free professional online counselling (if you need it).

This free service is provided with the support of your workplace. Access any time, cancel any time.

People access our service for help understanding their grief, due to a wide range of circumstances, such as:

  • The death of a family member
  • The death of a friend or colleague
  • Loss during pregnancy
  • A significant health diagnosis for yourself, a friend, family member, or colleague
  • Caring for someone ageing or unwell (eg dementia, mental health, or disability)
  • Loss of a pet or companion animal
  • Witnessing or being involved in a traumatic event

If you’re a manager, and would like support to help your team through grief or bereavement, we have management resources, training, and 1:1 coaching to help. Urgent services and advice are available. Enquire at team@griefity.com.
